I just found this new product on Ram Mount's website, I pre-ordered it from gpscity.com (cheaper shipping)

i was surprised that no one else had already made one of these things... seems silly to have to buy 2 other adapters to use and thread together when this would do.

GoPro make their own version - it's what I use to bolt onto various RAM mounts.

Yep..........about time (actually, over-due!!). I guess Go-Pro thought they had a monopoly on bike mounts for their cameras.........wrong.

do you have a link to that product? im very familiar w/ gopro's products (marketing client of mine) and dont know of any that have a RAM mount/ball connection.

Much cheaper than the original setup we had to use. RAM Mount RAM-HOL-GOPR Plastic GoPro Hero Tripod Adapter with 1 inch Ball

I actually just bought a second set after thinking I had lost the first one. I have two now...
