Know a Good Wrench in Baltimore?

I am trying to find a good wrench to upgrade my suspension and add some electricals. My experiences so far have not been stellar. Anyone know a good, detail oriented shop? I like a clean, durable install. I'd rather pay for high quality than cheap out and require repeated repairs. Who loves their mechanic?

I had them replace my brake pads once, and they did a great job except for forgetting to put the pads in. First stop, "SKREEEEEEECH!!!!" Nice folks and made good, but it was the sort of oversight that made me decide to move on, especially because it was far away and hard to get a lift out there.

Wow, hope they have gotten better. They have done several services and the stator recall with no issues.

It's certainly possible. It's been a while since I have been there. Still need my stator fixed plus a growing list of upgrades.

I am leaning toward Federal cycles in College Park. Anyone have any experience with them?
