Friday 8 Sep George Washington Pkwy / I 395 Next to Pentagon
Red 650 looked like a female rider coming up off the George Washington Parkway heading South onto I395 in Virginia right next to the Pentagon. I was heading northbound onto the GW Pkwy as you were headed off. Don't see many Stroms around DC but we are getting more and more.
