ANother New Lexington Strom, this time a Wee

Right around noon I passed a red Wee Strom on Broadway in New Lexington. He was headed East and I was going West. I was drying the Vulcan after it's bath so I could take the SO a ride, otherwise I would have tried to chase the guy down.
