Silver Strom, NoVA, Rt 28 and Walney Rd

Saw a silver Strom with black panniers pulling out of Walney Rd onto to 28S. I was on the red Strom at the light on 28N. That makes the 2nd Strom I have seen in two weeks in NoVA. Hadn't seen any before then!!!

What type of panniers were those and how how do you like them? Looked sharp with the silver/black scheme of the Strom.
