Twisted Throttle - Great!!!

I had the chance to visit with Eric from TT at the vendor area at the Daytona Speedway Friday. He helped me with the items I was looking to purchase. Before I got home (20 minutes from the speedway), I had an email letting me know that my order waas being processed and a shipping date. Since part of my order was strange, I also had 2 phone calls to help find the parts that I wanted. Great customer service. I will definetely use them again.

JIm you are so right. Every experience i have had with twisted throttle has been exceptional. The speed of all parts of the buying process was amazing.
Delivery has been quick and all products well packaged. The people i have spoken to on the phone made me feel they were owners rather than employees. They know their products well. I proudly wear their reflective sticker/logo on the back of my helmet. J.R

i'm glad others have shared the same great experiences with erik and his company. at one time, on this very board, i was forced to mention his company as T****** T******* due to a bad experience that 1 person happened to have. the v-strom and triumph tiger world would be much worse w/o retailers such as erik's bunch....

I've got two of their stickers, and one Aerostich sticker on my Wee. All the business I've had with them has been positive.
