I put in a substantial order for farkles for my K7 Wee. A couple of items were back ordered. The following week the b/o came in and shipped. One item were the Hepco and Becker crash bars and Givi windshield. Needless to say they were shipped together and the rattling around cause a bracket on the crash guards to war through the bubble wrap on the bars and windshield. Major scratches occured. Called next day and they shipped a replacement shield out same day. One day UPS service from them to me. Pretty cool huh? I will order most everything through them because of their service. A big thumbs up!!!!!
