Very nice ride from Braintree, MA to Sanford, ME this morning. Traffic was light, and so was the wind.

The wind picked up quite a bit for the ride south, but the Piscataqua bridge wasn't a problem. The problem was a fatal accident on the Southeast Expressway. I paddlewalked the bike from the South Station tunnel to where yet another black SUV was still sitting upside down in the right lane. Why are upsidedown SUVs always black? A nice two-hour paddlewalk...

Tom- nice pics. I rode through that area last week. I love how up north of there any turn of the road reveals an unexpected sight of ocean. Now just project forward 6 more months for the maritime ride! *DROOL*

Tom - Great pictures. The stained glass is especially nice.

It's really different. I know it was made by a Maine artist and the church secretary is getting his name for me.

Here's another that's stylistically different. This is from Our Lady of Fatima in Worcester, MA.
