Dynojet map ... 02-03 DL1000

Secondaries removed

air box snorklel removed

stock air filter

stock exhaust

Generally speaking ... if you look at the map ... the bike was running rich and flat .... now the power feels juicy and the fuel milege went way up

I ride the bike at between 500 - 2500 ft elevation ... I hope this helps some of you

I just pull my PowerCommander out. I had my TB's re-sync'ed and I no longer need the PC.

Update ...

Today I put on 227 miles in varied terrain from main hi speed roads to unimproved dirt and gravel roads ... elevation changes from 750' to 2500'
ambeint air temp ranged from 41 degree F. to 34 degree F. ... Zeroed my odo at fuel up this morning ... went excatly 200 miles and filled up again ...
4.5 gal ... the equates to 44.44 miles per Gal ... Bottom line ... I'm really happy with the Dyno tune results ... power feels great ... mileage is the best it has ever been ... with the same type of riding ... before the dyno tune ... I would get somewhere in the mid 30's for mileage ...

Can you take some photos of what you are talking about? I am not sure about the rubbers you are talking about. I am also having problems with the throttle so I am curious if it's similar to your problem.

I don't have any pictures but, the throttle bodies are held in place on the intakes by large, heavy rubber boots. The boots are about 2-2.5 inches in dia. and about 2 inches high (I am going from memory here.)There is an adjustable clamp on the boot that, when adjusted, tightens around the boot and secures the throttle body in place. I saw somewhere on the Internet, a PDF copy of the DL1000 shop manual. I know they have an exploded diagram of the throttle bodies and would give you a better idea as to how they attach.

I downloaded your map and put it in my PCIII USB. So far, so good. Seems to be smooth. And it's a lot leaner than the map I was running. I will need to test it more to be usre. Will try to remember to post results.
