hi a hugger is a moulded fitting that covers the back wheel to stop the dirt and spray that comes of the back wheel the same as a fender extender hope this explains your question.

Answer to question = no.

Common for most sportsbikes, and stock on the trailie BMWs. But nothing yet for the V-Strom, at least nothing I've found.

I believe Pyramid Plastics (http://www.pyramid-plastics.co.uk/pyramid_plastx.html) has a hugger in the works for the Strom.
