I got the new screen, man, Paul did a great job packing it because the "fragile" sticker appears to have been a personal challenge to those US Postal workers! 1 side of the box was torn off. Best quality shield I have purchased. I am going to put it on today and if breaks 40 give it a test ride.
Gonna look pretty wild with that top spoiler. Rest assure, that bad boy will not be on the bike when I hit the woods

Hey NCVulcanrider,

We need to get together sometime in the spring. I'm in the area ALL THE TIME. Actually, I try to get up there at least 2x a month when it's good weather. I have a good buddy in Brevard and he knows so many amazing roads in/around/thru Pisgah and the BRP it makes me sick that he gets to live there!

Next time I head up that way (as soon as the weather breaks warm in the spring) I'll PM ya and maybe we can meet up for a ride!

I've heard great things about that MP shield. Hope that works out well for ya. I ended up cutting my stocker down to nothing and I love it that way! I little cold in the winter, but awesome for those hot humid NC summers.

That's why two MP shields are the way to go. There's often a discount for getting two. The tall one is great for cold weather and long trips while the shorty is great around town in warmer weather.

All I can say about that MP shield is everything is top notch. From the brackets, glass and fittings. I can tell this isn't a big company because there is entirely too much quality for it not to be a company that cares. If you don't have one, buy it, still needing to do a long ride but initally, this thing looks like it will solve a lot of issues.

The new shield rocks!! 80 mph, just enough wind noise to remember you're not in the car. ZERO buffeting!
One little complaint, I felt like a real loser when the new shield popped me in the face on a little wheelie, I love full face helmets.
I am putting the chrome clad mean streak on the market...Paul has fixed the only problem with the V.
Now it is time for custom paint and farkels...
