What's the best shop in the California San Francisco Bay Area?

I too am new to the bike (DL-1000 K5) and new to this list. My bike came with a set of Two Brothers small cannisters. The guy I bought the bike from tried to make it run right with the TBs, but finally gave up and reinstalled the stock exhaust. Seems that it would cough at between 3,500 and 4,000 RPM. He took it to a Suzuki dealer twice and had mechanics work on it. No luck!

I bought the bike thinking that I could make it run better with the TB exhaust, so I bought a PCIII and a K&N filter, but have yet to install the mods.

I am in Santa Rosa, practically right up the street from Petaluma, and am also looking for a shop that works on V-Stroms.

Any luck finding a mechanic?

Of the mods which you speak of...no stock tuning in the world is gonna make it run good. You MUST get a PCIII, DFO, or remap with a Yoshimura box to get any benefits. You are just leaning out the system even more, and could eventually even cause engine damage.
