Gotta love living here. It's the end of November and it's still warm enough to go for a ride without dressing heavy. Took off with my son on a little run around, love it. Is everybody else getting out?

I second that. It was a great day for a little hundred mile loop in north Texas. Thanksgiving day was absolutely perfect, 78 and not a cloud to be seen. Even with winter almost here, it's good to know that there will still be plenty of riding days over the next few months. Don't miss the rust belt. Finally got to test the odometer on the bike against the gps and found that it's 2% higher than it should be.

Rode the Red River, Talimena parkway and Arkansas this weekend about 1,500 miles. The weather has been excellent.

Just finished swapping emails with a fellow Strommer who's in Canada. He mentioned that he's doing some maintenance on his bike while it's put up for the winter. I asked "What's winter?"

Dual-Sport ride out of Joe Harrison Motorsports on Dec. 17th a Sunday. We have mapped out around 30miles off-pavement and will lunch in Fredricksburg.
We are calling this a large-displacement dual-sport ride because there will be highway miles also. Call JHMS @ 210-656-9400 and ask for Mikey or Charlie for more info. Meet at 8:30 leave at 9:00. So far we have Mike's Tiger, my DL1000 and several DL-650's & DL-1000's that are going. Should be big fun, but get some practice in gravel and dirt if you can!
