Dear Fellows,

I've posted about 2 Hungarian Wee-riders in the Ride Reports (http://www.stromtrooper.com/forums/showthread.php?t=7268)section the same message as follows.
If you have any idea to help them please share.

Well, we received some news on the trip. Actually they are bad. :(

They registered on our Hungarian V-Strom forum and sent a message covering the situation.

Although they have some signed contract with sponsors they "forgot" to transfer the money, so the trip was financed by their own money so far, which has been spent now.
They are in Australia at the moment and get a job to make some money to be able to finish or at least to continue the challenge.

About the bikes:
They weigh 290 kgs fully loaded with all the necessary equipments.
In Asia (Pakistan, Laos, Kambodga) there are no too many filling stations, and moreover they sell only pre-mixed gas as they have almost only two-stroke scooters locally. Wanderers filled the Stroms from Coke-bottles. The bikes run well with some smoke.
Front signal brake was usual in the jungle.
In the deserts of Iran the temp was 48 C in shadow, they often run 800-1000 kms a day.
Total mileage so far is 50,000 kms including 10,000 kms offroad.
Not replaced yet: brake pads, air filter, spark plugs.
Valve adjustment is not necessary according to a local garage.
Replaced: chain-sprocket set, tyres (3 set).

Problems so far: frame bolts losening: they need regular check and re-tightening.
Not bad, hmm?

If they had to choose, they would choose the DLs again.
