Suzuki-Just exactly why are so many parts on eternal backorder? I bought a Strom, coming from a 22 year old aircooled BMW. I waited over 2 months to get a spare shift lever for the Strom. Others on this list have had critical parts (not allowing them to ride) on backorder for months.
I could still get ANY part for my old BMW within 5 days or within 24 hours if I was stranded... If this is how you treat enthusiastic customers with a popular bike whose design is several years old (which SHOULD have allowed you to have spare parts in the pipeline, no matter WHAT is needed), I'll consider going BACK to an old Beemer.
