FWIW, I would *NOT* recommend TWISTED THROTTLE.com - they are on my black list of vendors.

Try Oneida Suzuki...or Xtreme Suzuki.

Ditch,
Are you looking for the Suzuki centerstand, or looking for information on the choices in centerstands? There are at least a couple of choices, which have been discussed in other threads. I personally have the SW Motech center stand, and have been satisfied with it. Others prefer the Suzuki centerstand. If you haven't already, you should read the threads comparing the two, as they may shed some light on the differences.

Nothing....I have bought from them with "0" issues. Stromette has had a string of bad luck with Suzuki and vendors.....it is because she puts too many damn miles on her bike, in too short of a time. We need to help her find a job, so that she can work "at least" 30 hours a week!!!!:p

Strommette you need to back up your claims with something other than twisted throttle is bad. Maybe you posted your indepth explanation elsewhere. Copy and paste it please.
I've ordered from them multiple times and never had a problem. Worst experience was a backordered product (backordered at all other comparable vendors too).

I've had both SW Motech and Suzuki, the SW is cheaper but will drag alot off road, I mean a whole lot, the Suzuki has yet to hit off road. I think you gain about 1,1/4" more ground clearance with Suzuki, but it will drag on road in tight left hand turns.

Done allot of VERY sharp left handed turns and sweepers, I have YET to drag my stand!!! I do agree with the offroad scraping and dragging though, with the Motech stand vs the Zuk stand.

I have a center stand on my bike that came with it when I bought it. Suzuki I think. Never have had it come close to dragging. Center stand is Absolutly the first thing i would buy when looking for accesories.I wish I could afford pipes. The bike sounds like a CB 360 Honda with stock pipes. It is however one of the neatest bikes I have ever ridden!!! Very comfortable and handles fantastic. I was looking yesterday on the VStrom website and found a stand for $149. I'm not sure where it was (Twisted Throttle I think). I still don't know what is the matter with Twisted throttle???? But doing some web looking I'm sure you can find it. I have the Suzuki tall windshield and it is ok b ut I'm sure there are better ones out there. The Puig looks good to me and the Rifle is not bad looking either. I personally think maybe the Windstrom Manta is the way to go. I bought one on this site used but have not recieved yet. I would like to have some plastic fairing extenders for cold weather riding. 3 inches on each side would make a lot of differance. Looks to me like an opportunity for someone to make.

Well i put the stand on yesterday very easy I got the Suzuki one the only thing thatas hard was those springs but got it on.I would much rather have it on the center than the side just feel safer with it there.
