If Suzuki is going to make the big dog go away, how about some trickle-down parts to the wee? Like the front forks and the aluminum swing arm. While I'm wishing, how about a slightly meaner sounding muffler? (The stock one on my K5 sounds like a flatulent squirrel.)(Yes-I know there are options for this.) An accurate fuel gauge would be nice.
As wished for before on this list, a real "adventure" bike would be cool; a larger gas tank, wire wheels, the option of knobbies, stock metal hard cases/top case, a higher/wider screen,-reference BMW's GS Adventure.switchable ABS...

They should at least update the stuff people regularly have to fix/buy on their own, such as:

- An adjustable windscreen that works
- A better seat, perhaps with (at least) two height settings
- Centerstand (standard)
- Hand guards (standard)
- Decent skid plate (standard)
- Fully adjustable front forks with stiffer springs and maybe a little more travel
- Fully adjustable rear shock with remote preload and stiffer spring and maybe a little more travel
- Stainless braided brake lines

On a purely cosmetic side, I'd like to see a less bulbous/funky looking fairing. I've never liked the way the wheels look. Maybe 5 spoke?
