My 02 is finally ready for a clutch. It also has the famous low rpm clutch chatter. I remember some time ago someone posted the part numbers with later model clutch baskets that work. I have used the search and can only find the great pictoral someone did, but not the part numbers. I looked at an 05 fisch online and it said the basket was discontinued. Thanks,
Tim

hey rockitt,
checkout the 02' windshield thread, is that anyplace close to you? any more options for a windshield could only help, plus I imagine as our bikes continue to age, others will stop making them altogether.
might be worth checkin out!

Thanks BumbleBee, Thats is not the same part # I had looked up earlier.
The windshield place is about 1 1/2 hours from me,but it is in the way to the mountains !! I wouldnt mind leaving my bike for awhile as recent surgery is keeping me from riding right now,the problem is getting it there. i'm actually kinda sorta happy with my Cee bailey.
Thanks again,
Tim

yea, I've got a cee bailey 22' naca duct, it's not the answer for me. I've been toying with the idea of gettin those madstad mounts all the 04' and up guys are talkin about, I know they won't fit my strom but I may be able to build some kinda 'adapter bracket". any way may be worth a try, if it all goes south then I'm sure I could sell the parts.
wishing you a quick recovery

I have only had my Strom for about a year and it came with the stock (tall) windshield. It was horrible. This is really my first bike with a windhshield so I don't have much else to judge by. ( except my 71 Honda CB 350 with a Windjammer)lol
