You are in Chattanooga?? Wow...talk about timing!

I am looking at a job opportunity in Chattanooga. I've been wishing like heck that I knew somebody that could give me an idea about housing around there. Would you mind dropping me a PM and let me know your opinion on where the good/bad places to live are? I don't mind commuting either, so if there are good areas out of the city limits, or down in North Georgia, please pass them along! I've been looking on Realtor.com, but I have no idea which cities/communities to search in.

At first glance, housing sure looks to be a little on the expensive side (compared to OKC where I currently live).
