Long story: last Friday I ordered a Suzuki gel seat ($140 shipped!) from Paul at ridenow.com; even though it was late in the day, they got it shipped out (maybe their haste, encouraged by me, caused the problem). It arrived Wedneday; alas, what I got fits an SV650 and not gonna work on my DL650. I understand that stuff like this happens and they'd proven they try hard and all I wanted was my seat.

I sent an email early the next day and 8 minutes after they opened I received a call from Wayne. Once I convinced him I didn't have the correct seat (I understand, Wayne: you never know the capacity of who you're dealing with) he assumed command.

He immediately insisted on overnighting the correct seat to me even though I told him that wasn't necessary - I was good with ground. He did it anyway, I got it with only a 48 hour lag overall and I compliment them.

Not only are they very competitively priced, they know how to react when they screw something up. No idea know how much it cost them to ship overnight but if they made any money on this deal I'd be amazed.

But they've got my future business and maybe you'll see fit to give them some. Are they flawless? No. (Maybe just don't ask them to rush your order, like I did!)

Do they understand customer service? Hell Yes.
