I've bought my 06 Dl1000 from them 4 weeks ago with no problems and have a great deal ...Than I 've problems with my bike and go back to my dealer to let them fix ,I was like one bad guy who did not know anything about bikes ..
They Treat me like I'm a peice of SH***T ..They have keep my bike 4 days and did not even touch the bike .....Then I took my bike to another dealer who fixed my bike in 1/2 hour....
I went back to them for 600miles first service the 18 year old guy who I've talk to ( front desk) and he was like he is the master of the bikes and I'm sure he does not even own a bike ,told me at least 3 days for the first service :evil:
and the older guy who was drinking Milk( out of a Plastic Gallon Container) and smoking cigarette in the shop told me if I'm lucky 3 days usually 4 to 5 days is time they need to bike for first service (what an idiot)...
I may go back to buy another bike from them they have good sales and great prices but NOT THE SERVICE DEPT ....
