Just back from a short (200 Km) trip from my cousin. It was not so funny as usually riding on the Strom but resulted some experience:
1. Always plan your route before sit on the bike.
There are new roads under construction at several places in Hungary now. I rode the direction from my home as usual to my cousin. At a certain point there was a new circle where I missed the old two-lane road and suddenly I found myself on a brand new highway! As no turn back possible, I thought it can be a good chance to test the bike at highway speed. I found the most "comfortable" cruising speed for the engine the 160 kph@around 7000 rpm (?). At that speed there is enough reserve to overtake by 180-190 and the wind is also more than acceptable. Only one negativ point is that after 30-40 minutes my hands are starting to twang. (maybe I use an incorrect word, but I am sure you know that feeling I mean)
Other experience is that the bike is quite stable till 180 with top case, lowering links, no crosswind and no car or truck in front of me.
2. ATTGATT
I have original handguards installed on the bike and as I learnt to plan my route before start  , I knew that I will ride on a two lane road with 80 kph. The temp was about 30 so I decided not to wear my gloves. Riding back home after about 20 Km a was caught by a huge storm. The eyeshot was about 80m (with lid off even less). I had to slow down to 40 kph! The closest petrol station was 1 km far. During that few minutes Due to the missing gloves half a litre water went in both sleeves of my jacket.
3. Always zip your pocket where your lighter is, otherwise waiting for the end of rain can be quite long. 8)
