Special steering stem locknut tool?

This is a question for all you that do all your own maintenance. I am going to perform the retightening of the chassis bolts/nuts myself, I'm hesitant to trust my dealer. I have found fasteners to not be tightened appropriately, even bolts falling out soon after riding away from a service from the dealer! What tool do I use to tighten the steering stem locknut? I have a decent torque wrench, but not sure how to use it to tighten the locknut.
