Bar riser's/pull backs?

Where should I look for a set of bar riser's/pull backs for my father's 'Strom? I think he needs about an inch up and 2-3" back.

I haven't seen GenMar's risers for the V-Strom, but according to the link above they do make them. I had a set of GenMar handelbar risers on my Kawasaki Concours. Good product.
