It took some doing and some driving yesterday but I found ONE blue one here in south Florida. So, being the putz that I am, I threw down 500 hundred ducets as a deposit and bought that sum 'a bitch!
Now, I just have to arrange a bit of financing, some insurance, finish transferring my license from SC to FL and I can pick it up. I figure a couple of weeks messing around - writing checks and waiting in line at the DMV.
About me - re-entry adventure rider, 42 years old, haven't ridden seriously in 20 years but did just finish the basic MSF class. Last adventure trip was from Boston to Inuvik, NWT on a GS400 (you read that right, an air-cooled twin with only 400ccs!). The bike got swiped in the Yukon but I continued on.... (that was in 1981)
