View Full Version : Flat Panel around Ignition????

I saw a flat panel for sale that mounts around the ignition. It was for sale for $25 (US). It was big enough for a power outlet on both sides and was made of brushed aluminum. The person had a power outlet on the right side and the switch for his heated suit on the other. I thought I saw it on ebay but cannot find it now. Anyone know who it is or where I can find it? Thanks

Nice mounting plate. Just remember if you're plugging a power cord into a socket that "steers" you've got to be comfortable the cord is not going to snag or hang up on anything.
For DL 1000 riders you have a suitable panel already. It's the plastic trim panel forward of the fuel tank with the two screws and two snap fasteners in it. That will support a Powerlet and any number of other gizmos.
