After pampering the wife with breakfast in bed and then taking her to a restaurant lunch and putting her down for a nap.....I escaped to the garage.

The job took about three hours. If I did not have the Givi bars on the bike, it would have saved me about 30 minutes, as it is difficult to work around them. But, the oil cooler relocation and the skid plate mounted very nicely and it looks just awesome.

I'll post some pics in the next couple of days.

Did it work with the GIVI bars?

I absolutely love this set up!!!! After running some very, very rough and challenging single-track on the Strom....dragging the ground, bouncing rocks, etc. This plate is standing up to all its touting!!!!

I highly recommend the TouraTech engine plate and oil relocator. AWESOME!!!

And Yeah....they work wonderfully with the Givi Crash Bars.

By the way, those highway tires are soon to be replaced by TKC Knobbies the first of July when I begin to explore the high mountian passes in Colorado. And....ride West Fest and the Colorado StromGathering and the Big Dog Ride!!!!!
