I was having a look at seat modified by Spencer USA working in a bedding place I can get all the foam and poly wool wool ect ect
I did my 650 v strom seat sent pictures latex foam, flexgel, and 500gram wool
step by step is in the pictures if you spend over $4000.00 on a Bed i can use the same materals for my seat yes it is soft

I reworked a DL650 seat using medical grade foam and it's easier on my posterior. It gets awful HOT on a
summer day, tho. I never looked for foam with breathing holes like the stuff you have. And I was afraid to
cut out as much as you did.

You have inspired me to be less conservative, find better foam and give it another try.

I confirmed the stock seat suck. I had added 1/2 closed cell foam but it was not enough. They are just to narrow, and I have a narrow posterior. Well worth the $. Mine was less due to doing most of the build myself.
