Front fender, upper plastic from headlights to the tank busted and the right frame cover missing. Might be able to plastic weld the upper fairing pieces and I'm thinking about a dirtbike fender up front.

I have a front fairing, the piece that goes around the headlights. From your description, it sounds like what you are looking for. It's new, in the box from Suzuki and black in color.
