I've now bought two V-Stroms from these guys and I'll most likely buy my next bike from them (a long time from now because I've worn the K6 out instead of wrecking it 8) ). They don't haggle much on price but they also mark down a good bit from MSRP and don't charge any extra BS fees.
The other day I was in the shop and mentioned my 5-6 shifting problems with false neutrals. Instead of giving me some BS line, they actually dug some old tranny parts out of a box and explained, in detail, how motorcycle trannys shifted and what could cause my problems.
I also delt with them after wrecking my K5 and, again, they were very professional and helpful.
