Forgive me if this is an old subject...
It looks like the front brake line can be rerouted to behind the triple clamp and gain a couple inches for risers/bars. Any problems with this?

Thx Joe

I would think that any turning of the bars while manuevering the bike around (say in your garage) will cause you to pinch the brake lines between the bike's frame and the fork assembly, damaging them over time.

Any modifications made to any bike that involves routing wires or cables in or around the steering head/triple clamp area should be done very carefully. The front of the bike should be raised if possible so that you can move the bars from lock to lock to make sure that nothing is binding, being pulled too hard or being pinched. Use as many zip ties as necessary, don't be frugal here.
