2006 Vstrom 1000, rated at 115HP

Just noticed the Vstrom 1000 being advertised in Mexico as 115 HP have they upgraded the engine this year or is it the European model?
I know Honda has just brought the Varadero into Mexico for 2006, it looks pretty good but is far most expensive and heavier.

I wonder if they're using crankshaft hp figures.

I had my 05 on a dyno in October and it ran at 94.5hp. The bike was stock with the exception of a power commander... I would think that the numbers are at the crank...
