Has anyone ever ordered from them? How was your expierence?

On Decemeber 2nd I ordered a pair of winter riding gloves and pair of liner gloves. They were quick to answer my questions before the order so I had a warm fuzzy about their customer service.

I placed the order, got the order confirmation, and waited.... And waited... and waited... Three weeks, no emails, never billed me, nothing. I'm thinking either they had to order the gloves and things were slow because of the holidays or my order did not really go through.

Well the Friday before Christmas my Gloves show up. I open the package up and the only thing in there was the winter gloves, no liner gloves. I tried to called but the message on the machine said they were closed until the Tuesday after Christmas. Fine, I left a message hoping someone would call me back. To this day, no return call was made.

On the 28th I sent them an email, hoping that they would reply to that. To this day... No replies to my emails.

The last two days I've been trying to call their shop via the number listed on thier site, I just get a busy signal. So I sent another email today.

Just FYI for anyone that is considering ordering anything from them?

I was finally able to talk to someone today. He said that the rest of my order is on backorder and he isn't sure when they will be in. He could have just said that in an email or something. :?

Is the company that you are talking about actually called Adventure moto gear? I am wanting to make sure, that you weren't actually talking about Adventure Moto stuff.

Since I will be first to complain about bad products and service, I also like to reward good service.

Adventure Moto stuff has good service and good prices. I have purchased gloves and a Givi windshield through their web site.

I'll second the vote for great service from Adv. Moto Stuff. Do not confuse them with the company being complained about. I bought all my SW motech stuff (crash bars, skid plat, and centerstand) through them with great service. I just ordered fastway pegs last Sunday, and even though they were backordered, I had them at my door on Thursday! Great selection and service at amotostuff.com!

Agree with that. Any e-mailed questions were answered within a day. Have Givi bags on order with them now.

Adventure Moto Stuff are great people. They sponsored a giveaway last fall. Nothing worse than a bad company with a similar name though. I hope it doesn't affect them.

Agreed. I know nothing of the other outfit, but Adventure Moto Stuff (amotostuff.com) is top notch. Just recently I spent time in the store and was given full attention by the owner who really seemed on top of things.

i ve been ordering a lot of strom stuff from amotostuff.com they have been pretty helpful and promt w/shipments.their prices are reasonable too.they even sent me some free stickers that i asked for.they always answer my e-mails promtly too. :)

I have had great customer service with Chad and the gang at amotostuff. I order SS brake lines for front and back. I mistakenly picked smoked color for the back brake and clear for the front. Chad e-mailed me (which I promptly blew off :wink: ) that I had picked two different colors. When I did not respond Chad called me at my house to see if I did wanted two different colors. Then gave me some advice on how the smoked colored lines looked like carbon fiber. So that is what I ordered, front and back, and they look fantasic!!!

Like I said, great service!!!
