Does anyone have a picture of the "Reflective Visibility Kit for Givi E21 sidecases" (Item No: JMH.R5004 from TwistedThrottle.com) installed on their cases? There's no picture available from the company.
thanks.

Here is the Solstice tape on a V46 using camera flash I put on under the cheezy reflectors that don't reflect. You can see the difference in the very middle where I did not put the tape.

Here is one with just the shop lights on

I bought the reflective kit from Twisted Throttle and got frustrated with it and threw it away. I ended up buying reflective tape from Wal-Mart for around $10.

Hey-great. Thanks for the pics and advice. Looks like DIY with cheap tape is the way to go.

Definitely. I used 2" black reflective tape, which is subtle in the daytime and noticeable at night:

I use those red/white 3M reflective strips that you will find on 18-wheelers and such. Cheep from auto-parts store, about 14" (?), and they blaze.

I'm quite big on getting seen and noticed. Lots of 3M stuff on my bike. Almost impossible to see in normal conditions, but with a little light on the stickers they really stand out!
The very first thing I did was the Givi mod. I wouldn't bother with a special kit for the thing though. Just get some reflective tape, I got a bunch of SOLAS tape from Ebay (really good stuff), got the reflector off after some work and stuck the tape behind it.
I also added some large squares of black reflective material, again you can't see it during the day, only at night when light hits it.
