Torque values

I am reassembling the back end of an '06 DL650. I needed to apply a torch to the mounting brackets for the starboard passenger pegs. They weren't straight anymore. How bout a torque value for the four main mounting bolts for that rear subframe? I will be using some blue LocTite. I need to break down and buy a shop manual but thought I would try this post thing.
