For all the wrong reasons (don't ask) I needed an assortment of (non-consumable) replacement parts for front shocks, body plastic, and other obscure items. The web site for MR cycles (Ashville, North Carolina) is perfect for finding the parts you need: go to mrcycles.com and navigate to Suzuki, Suzuki motorcycle parts, select the model/year and you are presented with diagrams (right out of the service manual) of all of the assemblies on the bike. Each page has the parts numbered and you can enter the quantity for each item you need. Very easy and convenient - all in one place! I had a question about something so I phoned my order in. They match the internet prices on the phone orders plus give you help and advice. You can be looking at the same picture and parts list as the order taker (I talked to Steve - very helpful) as you place the order. Very nice. Since the parts I ordered are not the kind of thing any dealer would have in stock, most had to be ordered from Suzuki. They said it would take 2-3 days for them to get the parts and I should phone back to check the status. I did, and they had the parts as predicted. All of the people I talked to were riders and they all understood my pain for not being able to ride until I got the parts. Today, I got all of the parts I ordered - 8 business days after ordering - just as predicted. Discounts from "list" price were 15-40% depending on the type of part - mostly 40% and no sales tax which is almost 8% in California. They have my business for the future!!! Seem like good people, good service, you should consider them for parts.

I needed chain and sprockets while on the road and went to MR cycles during a visit with some family.
They ordered the sprockets but the front was backordered and told me it would be a few days before it arrived.
Then out of nowhere the service manager suggested they take one off of a bike on the showroom floor to get me back on the road.
I was shocked, he asked the sales manager if it was cool and got the OK to do it.
I paid them the labor to remove and replace on the showroom bike which was cheaper than a motel for 3 more nights and overnight shipping on a sprocket.

MR Cycles took excellent care of me.

Next time I'm in Asheville I will give them my business or just go by and make sure they get a reminder thank you.
