About 5PM on Olentangy River Road turned east on Powell Rd.

If it was about 5:30 or so it may have been me... I go North on 315 and East onto Powell Rd just about everyday between 5:30 and 6:30 (depending on when I leave work).

I think there was some black "rugged Cordura" type luggage on the bike, if not they had a black textile jacket on, maybe both. That Vee was red though, of that I'm sure and it was probably closer to 5:30 and the rider had been traveling north on Olentangy.

I usually wear red and black fieldsheer armor and a silver helmet.
I have a black topcase on my Vee, but no side luggage.
