Southbound 95 HOV lanes, around 4:30 or so, at the Mixing Bowl. Blue Strom (couldn't tell if it was a Vee or a Wee; I was kinda flyin' on my VFR just before taking the exit to 495 W Inner Loop). :D Rider had a Hi-Viz jacket on, and was making good time in the HOV lanes.
