Good luck with your forum!

Here's a new business that might be of interest to you. It's called Essential Motorcycle Services (http://www.essentialmotorcycleservices.ca/) and they provide a drive in/drive out service (kinda like Mr. Lube, no appointments) for oil change, tires and brakes. What they don't say on their site is that all of the employees are women, so if you'd feel more comfortable dealing with a woman, here you go. Just thought some of you might be interested.

I will also post this on the Canadian forum.

This is way cool. Thanks so much for the heads-up on this one!

I bought a nice little gs400 from a girl who lived off commercial drive a few years ago. I think Janice will like this!!
I bought this cute little bike for about $1300 when I needed a cheap commuter. It was raining hard and I had a 1 hour ride back to the valley, so she invited me for a tea.
She was trying to delay my exit it seemed and then a couple minutes into tea, she starts crying! Story is that this girl was a waitress and bought the GS to get to and from work. Long story short, through her ownership of the bike (the need to do repairs, etc..) she developed a love for bikes, enrolled at BCIT in the motorcycle mechanics division and now had a set career path!
I would not be surprised if she was connected to the new enterprise in vancouver. I guess this little bike represented the turning point in her life, and was symbolic of a "new purpose". Real nice girl too, and now had a new vision!
And who says bikes are just a hobby eh??
