For any of the four dealers out in the Ottawa area (Nepean, Orleans, Gatineau & Castleman), please post your experiences with the service departments.
Am thinking about heading down to Montreal for my 1K Service (Moto International seems to have it going on and claim to have a lot of Ottawa business).
