Sometime between 5pm and 6pm headed toward Rt. 3, almost to Volney. A blue Wee with a single rider aboard. If you live in this area drop me a line!

Sure wasn't me. I was just getting home from Binghamton via the 417 about that time. left about 9:15am and was in Binghamton at 12:00 sharp. Home via 86, 15, 417. That stretch from Anniston to Wellsville is very nice. Look me up if you're ever down this way.
