I saw a red V-Strom exiting the 215 in Devore just before the 215/15 split. I was on my grey wee 2up with my wife.

if it was between 4:45pm and 5:15pm that was me.

I didn't check the time, but I think it was around 3pm. Coming off the 215N just before the 15S exit.
