As a volunteer run site, we cannot respond to PM's or e-mails sent to administrators regarding lost password or "can I change my username" requests.
Lost passwords can be reset by simply clicking on the "request password" link after a failed log in attempt. The only way you will not get the information is if you used a fake e-mail address (or one that you do not use) when you signed up. This is why it is imperative you use real address that you will check. You must also allow e-mails from @stromtrooper.com to come through or the activation e-mail will not get to you.
Change Username requests are not allowed for various reasons. Please make sure that when you sign up, you are going to use a name that you are comfortable with. We strongly encourage you to not use your real name.
We often get e-mails that say something similar to "I don't know my username or password, can you find it for me"? Well the answer is (drum roll please...........) no. If you do not know it, there isn't a way for us to be able to figure it out.
We will make exceptions for $tromtrooper members.
