What a great product. I emailed Pat to ask about buying his shelf and received a reply a few minutes later. He said he would mail one to me and if I liked it I could then pay for it. It arrived within a few days. I just finished installing it and I am very impressed. It is sturdy and well-finished. Installation was very easy - it took about five minutes. I highly recommend it to other vStrom owners.

They are suitable for the DL650 (all years) and the DL1000 K4 onwards.

I agree. Great product. I have my GPSV and radar detector mounted on mine. Makes' em easy to access and looks good to boot.

What is it made out of? I bought a GPS (Tomtom Go300) and it comes with a suction cup mount. I was thinking I could suction it to the shelf if it is smooth...preferably metal.

Powder coated steel. Suction cup should work.
