View Full Version : Renthal bar installation with home-built spacers.

I loved the wide Renthal bar that came with my DL1000K4 but it was too low and fouled the fairing and windscreen at full lock. I am an amateur machinist so I built aluminum spacers to raise the bars.
I think it looks OK, and it certainly feels awesome! Lots of leverage on the bars and a great riding position.

Looks really good. Is that a Motech black cross bar you have on them? I am expecting one in the mail any day now.

Looks nice.

This is a mod I need to do. The stock bars on the 650 pull back with too much angle for my tastes. Plus they bend way to easy. Heheh. :P

No it's Renthal, came with the bar. With the thicker tubing and the cross bar, I'm hoping for some excellent control and feedback from the front end.
