help wanted

do anyone know of a GOOD v-strom mechanic in the midlands area of england, just used a suzuki dealer and not sorted my problem, i think it needs someone who knows the v-stroms mine is the 1000. every now and then when slowing the engine seems to splutter and sometimes cuts out completely

hi steve,try fitting a t r e, fitted one to mine when i had the same problem,makes a hell of a difference,you can get them on ebay best of luck see you on the road somewhere

BTW, I had a similar stalling problem, and it was turned out that the tickover was set too low, surely that's been checked though?
