Hi

Does anybody have the Suzuki Engine Guards and the Hepco & Becker Crash Bars on a Wee together?

If so can you post a pic and let me know if you had to make any mods to fit them on together?

I'm pretty sure these two products cover the same general area - see my poorly drawn representation below. The Suzuki bars look as if they are the SW-Motech bars I have on my 'Strom; my brother ('Dirtologist') has the H&B, and while the H&B cover a larger area than the SW-Motechs, they overlap about 80%.

Are you trying to get engine casing coverage and body protection like you can for the F650GS? I've seen where you can get two sets of crashbars on that bike (the BMW bars cover the engine casing down low, then there are some like the Touratech that cover the fairing area). For the 'Strom, I think you'd have to go with crash bars to protect the fairing and radiator, and one of the big skidplates to protect the engine casing, oil cooler and oil filter: http://www.calsci.com/motorcycleinfo/VStrom/MotechSkidPlate.jpg
