Does anyone have pics, instructs and methods for sculpting your own windshield.

I have heard that a piece of Lexan can be had a HomeDepot for CHEAP and am thinking of sculpting my own, but would like pics and suggestions.

hi - i found a 18x24 piece of lexan at home depot for $13
i am on my 3rd revision of it. when i get it the way i want it, i will post some pictures.
i have cut it with my scroll saw and it drills really easily.
