Can anybody tell me if i need to order new cables and hydraulic lines when fitting rises. It seems the stock cabling system is fairly tight with no extra tolorence.:???:

Ask me in a week or so when I fit some rox riser I think you do not need to but we will see.

Buckethead put Rox risers on and they fit with NO other mods. Yay, me!:D

I've had the ROX on - all I had to do was remove the clip that holds the brake cable to the lower fork crown. If I'd repositioned the glued on rubber mounting on the cable it would have been OK to leave the clip on. I did have the stanchions lowered 15 mm in the crowns too - I think that comes into it.

Other than that - Graham will have my ROX in a week or so as he mentioned!

I found they were too much rise for me - I would have settled for 10-20mm back - not 50?

I used the $20 "Tusk" universal riser kit to add about an inch of height to my K5 Wee's bars... the cables seem OK but there's very little slack remaining. I don't think I could add much more height to the bars or there would be some binding.

Not sure if the Tusk risers are available "down there" but they work fine and are cheap compared to most others. I got mine from rockymountainatv.com
