V-strom from hanscom afb??

I just saw a strom in concord rd in bedford ma and the rider had a vest on so im guessing from hes from hanscom AFB any stromtroopers match this?

Haven't seen that one but there's another blue one that seems to work at the BCEC in Boston. And a guy who works at Harpoon Brewery commutes in from Dracut: I'm going to try and visit with him next week.
